Importing Scripts

You can import scripts from a variety of sources in any standard script format. Scriptigo also comes with a library of sample scripts and templates. Tap the plus symbol to open the create/import menu.

You probably have scripts you already want to import. Scriptigo supports many common file formats. See this page for a complete list.

Import a Script from Email

You can email scripts to other users to share them. To import a script from an email attachment:

  1. Open the email with the script attachment in Mail.
  2. Hold your finger down on the file icon in the body of the email until the menu appears.
  3. In the row of app icons, find Scriptigo and tap it to import the script.

Import a Script from Dropbox or Google Drive

If you store your documents on Dropbox or on Google Drive, you can import scripts from there. To import a script from either:

  1. Tap the plus button to pen the create/import window.
  2. Go through the steps of authenticating your account by tapping Add.
  3. Once authenticated, you can browse and import script files at any time.

Import a Script from iCloud

If you store your documents in iCloud, you can import scripts from there. To import a script from iCloud:

  1. Open the iCloud app on your device.
  2. Navigate your folders to find your script.
  3. Tap the blue information icon next to the script name.
  4. Tap the action icon in the top title bar to choose to show a list of apps.
  5. In the row of app icons, find Scriptigo and tap it to import the script.
