Troubleshooting

We recommend you try a few simple troubleshooting steps before you contact our support. Our support will usually ask you to try these things first so they may resolve your issue without the need to contact support.

Quit and restart Scriptigo

To full quit the app, double-tap the home button to display the thumbnail browser for all open apps then slide the Scriptigo app upward and off the screen.

Restart your device

Hold down the power button until the button appears to shut down your device. You can also force-restart your device by holding down the Home button and Power button at the same time for a few seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Delete the app and reinstall

This should be a last resort. Go to the Home screen, hold your finger on the app until all the app icons start to wiggle, then tap the delete icon in the upper left corner of the app icon. You can then return to the App Store to re-download the version you are using. You may need to use the "Restore previous purchase" button in the settings if you previously upgraded to Scriptigo Pro in the app.
