Levels of Support
We offer three different levels of support for Scriptigo. Read this for more information on the different versions of Scriptigo.
Scriptigo: Basic Email/Online Support
This is our lowest tier of support for users of the free app. Response times can vary between 5-7 days. We will absolutely respond to your issue, but other users will take priority in the event of a high volume of requests.
Scriptigo Pro: Email/Online SupportSCRIPTIGO PRO
This is our standard level of support for Scriptigo Pro users. You can expect a response to your issue within 24-48 hours.
Scriptigo Sharing: Premium Email/Online SupportSCRIPTIGO SHARING
This is our high-priority support channel. You can expect a response within 4-6 hours (though typical response times are around 2 hours and sometimes less).
